The challenge
The bursar’s office matched hundreds of M-Pesa messages to students by hand each month, parents queued for statements, and fee balances were never quite up to date.
What we built
We rolled out our School Management system with M-Pesa Paybill integration: parents pay with the admission number as the account, payments are matched instantly and balances update in real time. SMS reminders go out automatically.
