Yes. On full payment you own the source code and all project assets. We use open, mainstream technologies so any competent team can maintain it.
How do you price custom projects?
After a short discovery we give a fixed price for a clearly defined first release, then smaller fixed-price phases. You never sign up for an open-ended bill.
